Boundary And Topographic Survey Of The Site

Ascertain horizontal location by tying parcel to survey control monuments. Establish geodetic control for platting the parcel and future development work. Horizontal control related to State Plane Coordinate System – Florida West Zone. Elevations @ +/- 10’ intervals within the lot and abutting right of ways.

  • Location of aboveground utilities on site and on abutting ROW’s.
  • Standard records research and examination of Zoning District restrictions and instruments of record for Plotting easements of record as per title search provided.
  • Reconciliate any gaps or overlaps with adjoining parcels.

Wetland Determination And Delineation

An environmental scientist will delineate the upland / wetland boundaries throughout the above-referenced ±7.01- acre project site. Wetland boundaries will be flagged with individually numbered markers (flagging tape and / or wooden stakes) and locations of wetland markers will be recorded with a handheld GPS for mapping and analysis. A report detailing the results of the wetland delineation (including maps, photos, and recommendations) will be delivered via e-mail. Wetland delineation will be conducted according to the standards set forth in Chapter 62-340 of the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) and / or United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wetlands Delineation Manual (1987, as amended), as appropriate.
